The research in psychotherapy, psychopathology and health promotion will be organized by the Research Division of the Romanian Association of CBT and by Department of Psychology from the Babes-Bolyai University . At this moment we have four ongoing grants:

• 1. National (Romanian) Council for Research-Ministry of Education: Psychotherapy versus medication in the treatment of major depressive disorder; A multisite randomized clinical trial (2004-2007);
• 2. Albert Ellis Institute, New-York , USA : REBT versus medication in the treatment of major depressive disorder (2003-2005);
• 3. Albert Ellis Institute, New-York , USA : Albert Ellis Award for Dissertation Research in rational-emotive & cognitive-behavioral therapies (2003-present);
• 4. Albert Ellis Institute, New-York , USA : Rational-emotive & cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy in the context of cognitive science; An integrative research program (2003-2004).
